一、一般銅導(dǎo)線載流量導(dǎo)線的安全載流量是根據(jù)所允許的線芯最高溫度、冷卻條件、敷設(shè)條件來確定的。一般銅導(dǎo)線的安全載流量為5~8A/mm2，鋁導(dǎo)線的安全載流量為3~5A/mm2。一般銅導(dǎo)線的安全載流量為5~8A/mm2，鋁導(dǎo)線的安全載流量為3~5A/mm2。如：2.5mm2BVV銅導(dǎo)線安全載流量的推薦值2.5×8A/mm2=20A4mm2BVV銅導(dǎo)線安全載流量的推薦值4×8A/mm2=32A

二、計算銅導(dǎo)線截面積利用銅導(dǎo)線的安全載流量的推薦值5~8A/mm2，計算出所選取銅導(dǎo)線截面積S的上下范圍：S==0.125I~0.2I（mm2）S—–銅導(dǎo)線截面積（mm2）I—–負(fù)載電流（A）

三、功率計算一般負(fù)載（也可以成為用電器，如點燈、冰箱等等）分為兩種，一種式電阻性負(fù)載，一種是電感性負(fù)載。對于電阻性負(fù)載的計算公式：P=UI對于日光燈負(fù)載的計算公式：P=UIcosф，其中日光燈負(fù)載的功率因數(shù)cosф=0.5。不同電感性負(fù)載功率因數(shù)不同，統(tǒng)一計算家庭用電器時可以將功率因數(shù)cosф取0.8。也就是說如果一個家庭所有用電器加上總功率為6000瓦，則最大電流是I=P/Ucosф=6000/220*0.8=34(A)但是，一般情況下，家里的電器不可能同時使用，所以加上一個公用系數(shù)，公用系數(shù)一般0.5。所以，上面的計算應(yīng)該改寫成I=P*公用系數(shù)/Ucosф=6000*0.5/220*0.8=17(A)也就是說，這個家庭總的電流值為17A。則總閘空氣開關(guān)不能使用16A，應(yīng)該用大于17A的。
