PID部分:調試的時候使用,程序中只要有PID8指令就可以了,調試的時候經(jīng)驗是P值在1000以下左右慢慢的調,I在100以下往下減.微分最好不調,那個不調感覺比調了更穩(wěn)定點.最后可以得到一個較穩(wěn)定的數(shù)據(jù),不是很好用,沒有變頻器的PID來的方便,調節(jié)起來很麻煩.pv( 當前）目前工作狀態(tài)．ＳＶ（目標）希望最后達到多少．例如目前５公斤的壓力。
位控：用在步進和伺服傳動上．一般和ＰＯＳＪＯＧ（寸動） ＰＯＳＰＲＳ（原點指定） ＰＯＳＤＳＴ指令一起使用．注意還要有ＰＷＭ的調試指令．否則會造成電機啟動噪音大，而且速度達不到．因為脈沖寬度不夠或者脈沖寬度太大都不能使電機正常啟動．在位控參數(shù)中，點動的速度是可以調節(jié)速度的，另外就要靠每段時間的脈沖數(shù)和脈沖寬度來調節(jié)速度了．正常的來說寸動不一定會用到，但是原點指定．脈寬大小和脈沖數(shù)是肯定要用才可以正常驅動電機的．個人感覺主要還是脈沖的寬度在調節(jié)上比較的重要．如果電機的聲音不對，那肯定是脈沖的寬度沒有調節(jié)好．接線上要注意Ｎ點是一定要接線的，否則沒有脈沖輸出．
