2LCD組件檢測運動控制系統(tǒng)
2.1系統(tǒng)原理
LCD檢測的基本原理是利用CCD（電荷藕合器件圖像傳感器）進行檢測點亮之LED狀態(tài)。
對于生產(chǎn)線按照縱橫陳列排列的元件組件，運動控制系統(tǒng)的基本任務(wù)是控制CCD逐一精準且快速達到被測物L(fēng)ED檢測位置，然后輸入電壓點亮被測物L(fēng)ED，再利用CCD進行檢測點亮之LED狀態(tài)。
