運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)全部使用臺(tái)達(dá)技術(shù)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)集成。案例使用臺(tái)達(dá)5.7吋彩色人機(jī)界面、DVP-EH系列高速精密定位型可編程控制器（PLC）DVP32EH與ASDA-A系列之400W之伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器與馬達(dá)兩套。利用DVP-EH系列機(jī)種具有兩組200KHz高速脈波輸出命令，來達(dá)到精準(zhǔn)且快速達(dá)到被測(cè)物L(fēng)ED上方，使用氣壓缸推動(dòng)測(cè)試機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行下降，然后輸入電壓點(diǎn)亮被測(cè)物L(fēng)ED，再利用CCD進(jìn)行檢測(cè)點(diǎn)亮之LED狀態(tài)（參見圖1、圖2）。

測(cè)試范圍與測(cè)試路徑可由客戶自行設(shè)定，橫行X軸右移再直行Y軸向下移的案例參見圖3；直行Y軸下移再由進(jìn)行橫行X軸右移的案例參見圖4。搭配人機(jī)接口中的配方功能來達(dá)到數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立，使用者輸入數(shù)據(jù)庫之配方畫面參見圖5，紅色路徑為第一測(cè)試區(qū)，藍(lán)色路徑為第二測(cè)試區(qū)，最多可達(dá)到三個(gè)測(cè)試區(qū)，樣品點(diǎn)與第一點(diǎn)位置可利用位置教導(dǎo)的方式進(jìn)行，點(diǎn)動(dòng)位置教導(dǎo)功能參見圖6，十分便利。

使用者可以事先將測(cè)試LED的型式輸入與及測(cè)試范圍種類數(shù)據(jù)建到人機(jī)當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)庫，且可存入九十九筆LED板子資料，當(dāng)要更換LED的測(cè)試型式與及測(cè)試范圍進(jìn)行測(cè)試時(shí)，使用者只需選擇產(chǎn)品單號(hào)，再使用人機(jī)下載測(cè)試范圍與測(cè)試路徑至PLC端。
