由于沒(méi)有滑環(huán)或整流器之類的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電氣接觸點(diǎn)，伺服電機(jī)維護(hù)主要是外部清潔和軸承替換工作。應(yīng)該定期進(jìn)行外部清潔，以除去影響散熱的污染物。清潔周期取決于具體環(huán)境條件和污染物堆積程度。如果電機(jī)或外殼采用風(fēng)冷，也要檢查和定期清理風(fēng)機(jī)。軸承壽命一般為1萬(wàn)小時(shí)到2萬(wàn)小時(shí)，電機(jī)在低于額定轉(zhuǎn)速、推力和徑向軸承負(fù)載極限條件下運(yùn)行，軸承壽命會(huì)更長(zhǎng)。每隔2500小時(shí)應(yīng)該檢查軸承有無(wú)明顯或異常噪音。如果聽(tīng)到這種噪音，應(yīng)立即把電機(jī)送到中達(dá)電通相關(guān)維修點(diǎn)替換軸承。

臺(tái)達(dá)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)中設(shè)置許多報(bào)警信號(hào)，在一些意外狀況下，及時(shí)保護(hù)驅(qū)動(dòng)器和電機(jī)免受損壞，現(xiàn)列出常見(jiàn)故障信號(hào)及解決方法。

ALM11編碼器接線錯(cuò)誤或編碼器故障，請(qǐng)仔細(xì)檢查編碼器連接線，檢查電機(jī)屏蔽線是否連接驅(qū)動(dòng)器。

ALM06過(guò)載、電機(jī)動(dòng)力線接線錯(cuò)，檢查電機(jī)軸安裝是否有偏。

ALM09動(dòng)力線接線不良或電機(jī)編碼器故障，檢查動(dòng)力線。

ALM03主回路輸入電壓過(guò)低，檢查輸入電源是否符合要求。

ALM22主回路電源缺相，檢查電源線連接是否松動(dòng)。
