數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2014年國(guó)內(nèi)新建核電項(xiàng)目數(shù)量依舊為零。根據(jù)《核電中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011-2020年)》要求，到2020年前，中國(guó)在運(yùn)核電裝機(jī)達(dá)到5800萬(wàn)千瓦，在建3000萬(wàn)千瓦。截至目前，中國(guó)運(yùn)行核電機(jī)組22臺(tái)，裝機(jī)容量達(dá)2029.658萬(wàn)千瓦，在建的核電機(jī)組有26臺(tái)，約2800萬(wàn)千瓦。

林伯強(qiáng)說(shuō)，基于此，中國(guó)還需要在2015年投入8到9臺(tái)核電機(jī)組方能完成目標(biāo)，如果還遲遲不重啟，2020年目標(biāo)將很難完成。目前看來(lái)，沿海核電項(xiàng)目有望在2015年一季度獲批。
