描述

橫河CENTUM CS3000R3集散控制系統(tǒng)是一個結(jié)構(gòu)開放的DCS系統(tǒng)。CS3000R3系統(tǒng)功能包括：

⑴Human Interface Station(HIS)操作站用于運行操作和監(jiān)視。采用了微軟公司的Windows 2000 WindowsXP作為操作系統(tǒng)和橫河公司指定的工業(yè)用高性能計算機。

⑵Field Control Station(FCS)現(xiàn)場控制器用于過程I/O信號處理，完成模擬量調(diào)節(jié)、順序控制、邏輯運算、批量控制等實時控制運算功能。

⑶Engineering Station(EWS)工程師站用于設(shè)計組態(tài)、仿真調(diào)試及操作監(jiān)視。采用Windows2000或最新的Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng)的橫河指定的高性能計算機。

⑷ESB總線(Extended Serial Backboard Bus)用于控制站內(nèi)，中央主控制器FCU同本地I/O節(jié)點之間進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)碾p重化實時通訊總線，網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲構(gòu)成：總線型，通訊速率：128Mbps，每臺控制站可連接14個I/O節(jié)點，最大通訊距離20m。

⑸ER總線(Enhenced Remote Bus)用于控制站內(nèi)本地I/O節(jié)點與遠程I/O節(jié)點之間進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)碾p重化實時通訊總線，網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲構(gòu)成：總線型，通訊速率：10Mbps，每臺控制站可從本地節(jié)點連接８個遠程I/O節(jié)點，最大通訊距離20km。

⑹Communication Gateway(ACG)通訊網(wǎng)關(guān)作為用于將系統(tǒng)的控制總線和DCS上位機的以太網(wǎng)相連接的網(wǎng)關(guān)。

⑺System Integration OPC Station(SIOS)OPC系統(tǒng)集成網(wǎng)關(guān)用于將系統(tǒng)控制總線V-net/IP與用于與子系統(tǒng)以太網(wǎng)相連接的網(wǎng)關(guān)。
